Comments

  • #1 Witness

False Accusations As a witness, this case is unproved and witnessed by several people and other officers who were involved who described the incident as unjust to the person arrested and the officer responsible for accusing the driver of all charges questionable. Nicole Sapienza was not guilty of any of the charges besides improper lane change. The young officer was abusing his authority to cover up his own mistake for making an accidental call over his radio as if in pursuit of a serious criminal which caused many other officers to show up after pulling over the driver, he was confronted for the wrong call by the cheif of police after the innocent driver was brought into the station. When in actuality the young girl was in no way racing and was driving under the speed limit as seen no ticket was given for speeding by the officer, she remained cooperative until her rights were violated and when speaking to her own defense after p!@#$%ing all tests of sobriety and trying to reason with the officer he continued to give her more charges of disorderly conduct for defending her rights and herself from the false accusations of his story. This is a case of another Fulton police officer abusing his position and this case should go to court so evidence can show these charges were all !@#$%umed by one officer and video footage shows the driver was innocent on all charges but improper lane change. The record needs to be set straight and the court would never rule that these charges stick after the truth comes to light.
